Children over the age of 5 should start with 1/4 scoop and work up to 1/2 scoop (100 mg Magnesium).
Adults should start with 1/4 scoop and work up to 1 scoop (200 mg Magnesium). Athletes may take up to 2 scoops if desired.
Wake Up Maggie™ should be taken with food in general, with breakfast or lunch. Do not take in the afternoon or evening, as it may disrupt sleep. May be added to smoothies or other beverages and food.
